Have you ever wanted to run in a MARATHON? Well you found the right program for you. At Runnin' for Rhett, we make training fun and life changing.
Register for the Runnin' for Rhett 16-week Marathon Training which begins on Saturday, August 16th. The training will prepare you for the California International Marathon on Sunday, December 7th, 2014.
Training Program Benefits
Training starts with an important fitness clinic on Saturday August 9th. At the clinic, the coaches, using heart rate evaluations, will help you determine the appropriate training pace for you at your fitness level. The first day of your 16-week training will be on Saturday, August 16th.
The program will offer training programs for running, run-walking and walking groups. All levels of runners and run/walkers are encouraged to join us.
