Have you ever wanted to run in a MARATHON? Well you found the right program for you. At Runnin’ for Rhett, we make training fun and life changing.
Register for the Runnin’ for Rhett 18-week CIM Marathon Training which begins on Saturday, July 27th. The training will prepare you for the California International Marathon on Sunday, December 8, 2013.
Training Program Benefits
18-week training program starts on Saturday, July 27th.
The program will offer training programs for running, run-walking and walking groups. All levels of runners and run/walkers are encouraged to join us.
Pace Groups
We will offer pace groups led by trained pace group leaders for runners, run/walkers and walkers at paces from 9 min/mile run to 13 min/mile walk.
Coached Group Workout Days and Times
Saturdays, 8 am — American River Bike Trail end of Northrop near corner of Northrop and Howe Avenue
Tuesdays, 6 pm — McKinley Park near the corner of Alhambra and F Streets
Thursdays, 6:30 pm — Cosumnes Oaks High School Track, 8350 Lotz Parkway, Elk Grove
