  2. Optional Ribbon Incentive Program Form : If you are participating in this program, make sure students are tracking miles and you are submitting for ribbons.

TRAINING TOOLS*:

  1.  Suggested Training Plan Exercise Options to plan your workouts.
  2. Watch the Suggested Training Plan Exercise Video.
  3. Training Pointers to review with your students.
  4. Gather any materials you need for the activities.

RHETT REP ITEMS:

  1. If you have a Rhett Rep, please contact them to discuss activities they will be doing and helping with and when/where to meet.
  2. If you do not have a Rhett Rep, review Rhett Rep Training Guide Week 4  for activities you will need to complete.
